SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Friday Night
After you have arrived and settled into your accommodation, you can head to the Waves Bar/Restaurant and meet with friends for drinks and an evening meal.
Saturday Morning
The Rugby starts...Children get the opportunity to play in a festival hosted by a local club before cheering on our coaches in a senior match. This is where the coaches get to show us how it’s done!
Supporters with siblings can watch the rugby or take advantage of the amenities at Ladram Bay - indoor pool, climbing wall, crazy golf, soft play and the arcade.
Saturday Night
The highlight of the tour with a gaming themed fancy dress dinner and party. Start planning your costume now! There will be children’s entertainment, a DJ and the finale of the evening with the coaches’ dance competition. Not to be missed!
Sunday Morning
The team are currently in the process of finalising the fixture list for Saturday and Sunday and details will be published on the website soon
Whilst most head home after completion of the festival, within your accommodation cost is the opportunity to stay another evening if you wish.
Tourist Fee Details
The tourist fee of £30 per person over the age of 4yrs covers additional costs, which include:
● Coaches to and from festivals.
● Food provided for players and club volunteers at the rugby festivals.
● Dinner and entertainment on Saturday night.
● Tour stash - This is a tour highlight which includes gear for your young rugby players to wear whilst on tour (and remember the whole experience for years to come!) Sizing will be requested on the booking form!
There will also be an opportunity to purchase additional stash including hoodies, backpacks, rugby balls and more! Details to follow later in the year...
Your stash collection will then be organised by the level-up crew and will be waiting for you in your accommodation on arrival!
